Seat to Street - Week 2

Feb 22, 2026

What does it actually look like to follow Jesus at work?

Is it preaching in the break room?

Posting verses on your desk?

Risking HR emails and awkward meetings?

Or… could it look different?

In Daniel 1, four young men found themselves in a culture that didn’t share their beliefs, their values, or their God. They were limited. Restricted. Outnumbered. Sound familiar?

They didn’t protest.

They didn’t compromise.

They didn’t panic.

They were simply… unwavering.

This week we talk about what it means to take what we learn in the seat and live it out in the street — specifically in the marketplace.

Because let’s be honest:

Work pressure is real.

Ethical shortcuts are tempting.

Integrity can feel expensive.

And sometimes it seems easier to just “start on step 9.”

But what if the most powerful witness in your job isn’t louder words…

it’s unwavering character?

What if you don’t have to say the name of Jesus for people to see the light of Jesus?

If you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s trying to navigate career, family, ambition, and faith — this message is for you. You don’t have to quit your job to honor God. You just might have to stand firm in it.

So where are you tempted to compromise?

Where is your integrity under pressure?

What would unwavering actually look like in your workplace this week?
