What if the reason generosity feels hard… is because you’ve believed a lie?

The early church lived with a kind of generosity that looked completely different from the world around them. But why? And what did they understand about faith, trust, and God’s provision that we often miss?

In this message from Acts 2:45, we explore one of the most common lies holding people back today:

 “If I give, I won’t have enough.”

Through real stories, Scripture, and modern examples, this sermon challenges how we view money, ownership, and security—and invites us to see how generosity actually reveals the Kingdom of God to the world.

Whether you’re new to church, questioning faith, or looking for something deeper than routine religion, this message asks:

What would it look like to trust God with what we have?

How does generosity change the way people see Jesus?

And could faith be about more than just belief?

Watch, reflect, and ask yourself—

What lie might God be calling you to let go of?
